Establish if you live in Sandgate’s catchment area (EdMap).
Collect an Enrolment Pack from Sandgate DSHS office.
Submit your completed enrolment pack together with forms/documents as noted on your enrolment checklist

Process of Enrolment
Complete Enrolment Pack documents
and submit them to the Enrolment Officer at Sandgate DSHS ASAP.
Supply proof of residency (current rate notice / lease / unconditional sale agreement) to confirm you live in the school's catchment.
Submit your completed enrolment pack together with forms/documents as noted on your enrolment checklist.
Contact the Enrolment Officer and make an appointment for an enrolment
Signature Programs
Complete Enrolment Pack documents and submit to the Enrolment Officer at Sandgate DSHS.

Complete the relevant application for the Signature Program you are applying for. Attach one letter of reference from the student's current club Coach and a copy of the student's latest report card.
Academic Achievers Program Year 7 2022 entrance exam. Students who have registered will be notified of exam date when confirmed.
If unsuccessful in your application for a Signature Program, your enrolment will be processed as a general enrolment application.
