Important school correspondence is routinely sent via email.
Certain email and internet providers have implemented filtering systems that occasionally obstruct or divert important school emails to junk or spam folders. To prevent such occurrences, we advise parents/guardians to establish a whitelist or safe sender list comprising of our frequently used school email addresses. This will ensure that your email filtering system never interferes with or misroutes these emails.
These are some important school emails/domains to add:
- SDSHS - @sandgatedistrictshs.eq.edu.au
- Department of Education - @eq.edu.au
- Department of Education Corporate Office - @qed.qld.gov.au
- Newsletter - sandgatedistrictshs@contact.epublisher.net.au
- Compass - compass@compass.email
To guarantee that you receive all future correspondence from Sandgate District State High School, please refer to the instructions below on how to create a 'whitelist' or 'safe sender' list and prevent emails from SDSHS going to junk folders.
